Our mattresses are compressed and rolled into a single compact box. We use patented technology to ensure they expand to their original shape within 48 to 72 hours of unboxing.
What is the 100-night trial policy?
We want you to love your sleep. You can try our mattresses for up to 100 nights. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within that window.
Do I need a box spring for my Zinus bed frame?
Most of our platform beds and foundations are designed with sturdy wood or steel slats, meaning you do not need a box spring. However, we do offer separate box springs if you prefer extra height.
Are Zinus mattresses CertiPUR-US certified?
Yes, all our foams are CertiPUR-US certified for durability, performance, and content. They are made without phthalates, flame retardants, or heavy metals.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on our mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty on our bed frames and foundations to protect against manufacturing defects.
